The Committee of 100 for Economic Development, Inc. has selected Christopher DellaFranco of ExxonMobil for membership in 2023. C100 CEO Michael Olivier stated, “Chrisis an effective business leader. His energy and experience will greatly enrich C100’s efforts on behalf of existing and new businesses in Louisiana.”
Mr. DellaFranco is the Operations Manager for the ExxonMobil Product Solutions Baton Rouge Refinery. He began his career with ExxonMobil at the Chalmette Refinery as a mechanical engineer. After working several assignments in engineering, mechanical, and economics he was promoted to the Business Team Leader for Light Oils, Aromatics, and Utilities area. In 2012, he transferred to Fairfax, VA as the North American Refining Business Analysis and Reporting Manager. In 2015, he transferred to the ExxonMobil Chemicals Company as the Polyethylene Catalyst Product & Business Planning Manager. In 2017, he moved to the Baytown Refinery as the Coordination & Product Quality Department Head followed by his most recent assignment as the Fuels North Operations Department Head.
A native of Philadelphia, PA he received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2002. He also received his MBA from Tulane University in 2007. Mr. DellaFranco is married to Denise, and he has a son and daughter. In his free time, Chris enjoys weightlifting, basketball, golf, and volunteering at his church.
