On July 26^th, the Committee of 100 hosted a gubernatorial forum for their members to dialogue with each of the seven candidates running for governor this Fall. The event was closed to the media to allow the 60 members in attendance the opportunity to candidly discuss the issues facing Louisiana. The conversation was moderated by PAR President Steven Procopio, CABL President & CEO Barry Erwin, and C100 CEO Michael Olivier. Jared Walczack, Vice President of State Projects at the Tax Foundation in Washington, DC, was the luncheon guest speaker.
