im has served as President and CEO of RES Contractors since 2024.  Prior to that he spent twelve years as the Site Director of Eastman. He has contributed to his industry by Chairing the Louisiana Chemical Industry Alliance and serving on the Louisiana Chemical Association Board for five years.  He served on the Industry Makes Committee and MoveEBR prioritization committee. He is Vice Chair of the Board of the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance and serves on the LSU Chemical Engineering Industry Advisory Board. 

Tim began his career in the United States Navy as a nuclear submarine officer. After seven years, He left the service and began a career in manufacturing, making a wide variety of things including semiconductors, plastics, glass bottles, specialty machining, and material handling equipment.  He moved back to Louisiana to lead a battery recycling plant and then to Eastman. 

A Lafayette, Louisiana native,Tim was raised in Arkansas. He returned to Louisiana for college, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University. He further got an MBA at Washington University in St Louis.  Tim is married to Jennifer Harris and they have 3 children.
