Will is the Operations Manager for the ExxonMobil Baton Rouge Refinery, the fifth largest refinery in the US. The Baton Rouge Refinery manufactures approximately 300 products and grades of products, including motor gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, lubricating oils, waxes, petroleum coke and more
Will joined ExxonMobil in the United Kingdom in 1995, and early in his career completed a range of business and operations assignments in crude oil refining and chemical manufacturing, including technology and optimization assignments with ExxonMobil Research and Engineering in Virginia. Will has experience in managing a research and development portfolio, effectively deploying new technology and managing the associated intellectual property. Will has had management roles in all three of ExxonMobil’s largest refineries globally. He has a breadth of international experience in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.
Will moved to Louisiana in 2017 to become the Baton Rouge Refinery Technical Manger before he assumed his current position of Refinery Operations Manager in July 2019.

Will was born in Ireland, and has a degree in electrical engineering from University College Cork. He resides with his family in Baton Rouge and enjoys traveling, sailing, hiking, cooking and wine.
