Prior to joining the firm, Mike began practicing law with a large southern law firm in 2008. During this time, he had the opportunity to practice under some of the state’s preeminent public finance and economic development attorneys.
In 2011, Mike accepted an offer to return home and serve as General Counsel & Vice President for Shreveport based Linden Management and its affiliated companies. Mike oversaw all legal and regulatory matters and was responsible for guiding the company through one of the largest federal regulatory overhauls of the industry in a generation.
As a native of Shreveport, Mike also wanted to utilize his experience in, and knowledge of, economic development, public finance and administrative law to help grow and strengthen Shreveport and the North Louisiana region. With a strong demand for locally based legal representation in the niche areas of public finance and economic development, Mike established Busada Law Firm LLC.
