Kenny Robison is Chief Executive Officer of Crest Industries, LLC and its subsidiaries. Winner of Ernst & Young’s 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Gulf Coast, Kenny has been active on the board of YPO serving as Louisiana chairman and a regional officer of the Western Regional Executive Board.
Kenny began his career at GE Power Generation, Schenectady, NY in 1988. After joining Crest in 1990, he worked through the ranks in the high voltage electrical business in engineering, project management, marketing, and business development, ultimately becoming CEO in 1997. During that period, he was also responsible for successful Crest startups Dis-Tran Steel Pole and Crest Natural Resources as well as an unsuccessful startup.
A native of Louisiana, Kenny was born 1963 in Alexandria, is a graduate of the Louisiana Public School System, and has bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from LSU and an MBA from University of Texas, Austin. He lives with his wife, Camille, and their 3 children.
