Committee of 100 selects ThreeSixtyEight CEO, Kenny Nguyen, as a member for 2022

The Committee of 100 for Economic Development, Inc. has selected Kenny Nguyen as a member for 2022.  

C100 Chief Executive Michael Olivier stated, “Even before launching his company as a college student, Kenny’s commitment to making Louisiana a better place to live and work has always been clear,” said C100 CEO Michael Olivier, “His dedication to building partnerships–both in his community and with his clients–will serve the Committee as we continue to seek fiscal reform and recruit new business to Louisiana.”

Kenny Nguyen is the CEO/Co-Founder of ThreeSixtyEight, a creative agency that makes and markets brands through clever content and disruptive design. Through the success of the agency’s work, ThreeSixtyEight aims to help the perception of their hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana to become known as the creative epicenter of the South.

Since launching in 2016, ThreeSixtyEight has been awarded Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies, Inc. Best Places to Work, and the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies. Kenny has also been recognized in Forbes 30 under 30 list in Advertising and Marketing, and as 2019 Young Businessperson of the Year by the Business Report.

Prior to ThreeSixtyEight, Kenny co-founded Big Fish Presentations, a company that focused on ridding the world of boring presentations through high-quality presentation design, presentation coaching, and speechwriting.  During his time at Big Fish Presentations, he co-authored the McGraw-Hill published book The Big Fish Experience: Create Memorable Presentations That Reel in Your Audience, now published in three different languages.

Alongside his brand agency, Kenny curates Assembly Required, an event series in Louisiana that focuses on highlighting/retaining/recruiting the best talent in Louisiana while connecting attendees to national-level speakers. In addition to building powerful partnerships with international brands, Kenny also shares his entrepreneurial tips with the community through outlets like TEDx, Forbes, and Huffington Post.

Outside his agency, he is an investor in Soji: Modern Asian restaurant, frequent speaker, and advocate for AAPI. He serves on the US Chamber’s Small Business Council and supports STARS (workers stilled through alternative routes) as an advisory council member of Opportunity@Work.


The Committee of 100 for Economic Development, Inc. serves as Louisiana’s Business Roundtable with over 100 members throughout Louisiana working to improve Louisiana’s business environment.
