Stephen Toups

Stephen has served as Chief Executive Officer of Turner Industries Group, LLC since 2019. He has served in many roles at Turner in his 26 years with the company. Nationally, he serves as chairman of the (NCCER) National Center for Construction Education and Research, on the Executive Committee for the (AFPM) American Fuels and Petrochemical Manufacturers, and on board of the (ECC) Engineering and Construction Contracting Association. 

In Louisiana, Stephen serves on the board of directors for Louisiana Chemical Industry Alliance (LCIA), Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, the Federal Reserve Board’s Energy Council, the board of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI); and is past chairman and current member of the Board of Supervisors for the Louisiana Community & Technical College System (LCTCS).
