Kenny Nguyen

Kenny serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Nguyen America, a family-led real estate development and acquisition firm. Previously, he was the Co-Founder & CEO of ThreeSixtyEight, a B Corp creative and technology agency helping organizations shaping the future of learning and workforce. He is now Chairman of the Board for ThreeSixtyEight, continuing to support the company’s long-term growth and vision.

Others would say he is deeply passionate about retaining top talent, growing the quality of life in Louisiana, and creating opportunities for the future.

Beyond business, he is the co-founder of Assembly Required, a non-profit producing events that bring together diverse communities to spark meaningful conversations and transformation in Baton Rouge. He also champions STARS (workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes) as an advisory council member for Opportunity@Work, advocating for the 70+ million workers overlooked due to the lack of a four-year degree.

But those closest to him would first call him the husband of Laura Siu and the wrangler of his dog, Taco Corgnelius (ask for pics, and you shall receive). He’s also the guy bold enough to order for the entire table—where this confidence comes from is still a mystery.

At his core, Kenny is driven by a vision for his city, a passion for inclusive economic growth, and a life filled with joy, good food, and meaningful connections.
