Gray Stream

Gray Stream serves as President of Matilda Stream Management. MSM is responsible for managing all of the Stream family’s business and investing activities. He has worked for the Stream Companies since 2004, and has held Vice-President and President positions within various Stream entities over the years. He is an active Director for several companies in which the Stream Companies maintain significant ownership.


He served as a Director of publicly traded CKX Lands, Inc. (NYSE: CKX) from 2007-2017; including serving as Audit Committee Chairman from 2011-2017 and rejoined the Board of Directors in 2018 and is currently serving as President and Treasurer. He is a Director for Waitr Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: WTRH), and is currently Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee, while also serving on the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. He worked for the 7th Congressional District of Louisiana in Washington, D.C. before joining the Stream Companies. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and he received his MBA in Management and Finance from Rice University.


Mr. Stream has served and led numerous charitable and civic causes. In 2010 he received the Southwest Louisiana Civic Service Award from the Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Louisiana Innovation Council; the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Coastal Protection, Restoration, and Conservation; and the Board of Directors for the SWLA Economic Development Alliance.


Mr. Stream is a member of YPO and is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Louisiana Committee of 100 for Economic Development. He formerly served on the Louisiana Board of Regents as Regent for the 3rd Congressional District, and also as Chairman of the National Hurricane Museum and Science Center. In the summer of 2018, he began serving as a Trustee for the National World War II Museum.


Mr. Stream resides in Lake Charles, Louisiana with his wife, two daughters, and son.
