Edward Taylor

Edward is Managing Partner of Fairfield Property Management. Since 1976, Fairfield has specialized in professional property management for multifamily housing nationwide. Fairfield’s management professional portfolio includes approximately 5,500 units in Louisiana, Alabama, and New Mexico.

In addition to overseeing Fairfield Property Management, Edward is an active real estate developer and owner. His development focus is on multifamily properties. Since 2002, he has been involved in the development, construction, and/or rehabilitation of over 2,500 multifamily units. As an engaged member of his community, Edward is a member of the Committee of 100, Inc. Shreveport-Bossier, the Shreveport Bossier Executive Association (SBEA), and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Louisiana Affordable Housing Providers (LAAHP) and on the Board of Directors for CHRISTUS Foundation Shreveport- Bossier.
