Chris DellaFranco



A native of Philadelphia, PA he received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2002. He also received his MBA from Tulane University in 2007.

He began his career with ExxonMobil at the Chalmette Refinery (sold to PBF) as a contact engineer. After working several assignments in engineering, mechanical, and economics he was promoted to the Business Team Leader for Light Oils, Aromatics, and Utilities area. In 2012, he transferred to Fairfax, VA as the North American Refining BAR supervisor in Controllers. In 2015, he transferred to Chemicals as the PE Catalyst Product & Business Planning Manager. In 2017, he moved to the Baytown Refinery as the Coordination & Product Quality Department Head followed by his most recent assignment as the Fuels North Operations Department Head at the Baytown Refinery.

Chris is married to Denise, and he has a son and daughter from a prior marriage. In his free time, Chris enjoys weight lifting, basketball, golf, and volunteering at his church.
